Is there an angle?

I've been trying to think of an angle to get media attention for Mur and was wondering if you had any ideas?

With Scott Sigler, JC Hutchins and, most recently, Seth Harwood getting all the ink (with good reason, don't get me wrong) how do we get the mainstream media to notice authors like Mur Lafferty...not to mention Christiana Ellis and Philippa Ballantine for that matter?

Mur's work is right there up with them if not better but you can't create a demand and have it last. People are discovering her and the others but the press only goes skin deep on most topics.; ▶ Reply to This

I use Sigler as a "poster boy" example, but since I carry PfK Moo cards in my pocket at all times... (yes, I have some right now)... I hand out recommendations to people whenever I can.

A lot of the ideas (probably all) are ones already done by Sigler & JC. They work, though.

I know JC went on a 50 states (virtually) tour to promote the release of 7th Son III. I'm not sure how many interviews he did, but I know he did multiples in most states. I got some new shows in my feed because of him, and he got more exposure. I think it's time for a Mur-Tour.
